Be a Sports Bra Champion at the Gym
I love to wear Champion Sports Bras when I work out. I have other brands somewhere in my dresser drawer, but I always pull these out first. I normally buy the extra large sizes.
This brand of sports bra is super comfortable for me. Other brands seem to be too tight for my figure, even though I still purchased extra larges with those other brands. Comfort is extremely important to me. I use a stationary bike every other day at home while watching videos I enjoy. I sweat like a pig! I certainly don’t want to worry about my sports bra biting into my skin, chafing my armpits, or hugging me so tight I can’t breathe.
When I work out, I keep my target heart rate up for at least 25 minutes, so I definitely don’t want anything inhibiting my breathing! I have a love/hate relationship with exercising, so anything that helps make it more pleasant is a plus in my opinion.
I just wash the Champion Sports Bras with my normal laundry and dry it in the dryer. I don’t hang them up like I do regular bras. The material is a little different than others. It has a stretch to it, which I like. It's not 100 percent cotton. I'm not an expert on fabrics, but other bras seem to get stiff and tight after lots of washings.
I need to throw away those other bras and buy more Champions. I've even worn them under my t-shirts and tank tops when folks visit my home so that I'm not bouncing around in front of them. That's how comfortable they are.
